Perdika Aegina
Rosebud

Aegina, the first 'hop in' island out from Athens, the first capital of modern Greece, is just 40 minutes from Piraeus. Rich in archeological history and nature, it is a great holiday destination, and whether you explore the island by car, motor scooter, bicycle or bus, you will find many places to relax, walk, eat, drink and dance, and of course swim, in the crystal clear warm seas.
Aegina
Location

Perdika is the jewel of the island. A beautiful traditional fishing village whose narrow picturesque streets lead down to the little harbour which is two tiered. On the upper level sit traditional, fishing tavernas and coffee shops overlooking the sea and the harbor, while on the lower level, are the piers for the fishing boats and yachts.
A small sandy beach provides a safe place to swim, as well as a rocky beach with umbrellas and shade. Just a couple kms of Perdika are some of the most beautiful beaches of the island, such as Klima, Aeginitissa, Sarpa beach etc.
(Why??) Perdika Village
Moni isle, with the beautiful small pine forest and the turquoise waters, only 10 minutes by boat, is also another reason to choose Perdika as your holiday destination.
Moreover, from Perdika there is the opportunity to hike through remoted, unspoiled parts of the island or take a stroll to the old navy area and visit (no entrance fee) the Camera Obscura (see activities section).
The village gives a great sense of relaxation and revelry, and whether its swimming, walking, dining or watching the amazing sunsets with a nice cool drink, Perdika is the ideal place.
